Section 20
Implementation Committee

(1) To assist in the work of the local land use council, there will be a land use implementation committee at each local level as follows:-
(A) Chairman or head of the concerned village executive or city executive - Chairman (B) Ward chairman of the concerned ward - Member (C) Local level Kashi, Forest. Heads of branches related to land, urban development and physical infrastructure - members (d) four non-members including two women appointed by the local land use council from among the stakeholders ) The term of office of the members appointed as per ) will be three years. (3) The work, duties and powers of the Implementation Committee shall be as follows:-
(a) To implement the land use plan approved by the local land use council,
(B.: To make public the information of the classified area as prescribed for the information of the stakeholders,
(c) To prepare ward level land use plan of each ward,
(d) Ward-level land use plan approved by the ward committee and on the basis of that, preparing the overall land use plan at the local level and submitting it to the local land use council,
(e) To submit to the local land use council the problems encountered during implementation along with options for resolution,
(f) To raise awareness for the conservation and sustainable use of land,
(g) To recommend to the local land use council for action if it is not used as prescribed, (h) To monitor whether arable land remains barren,
(i) Identifying the community land and arranging its use for the benefit of the community,
(j) Recommending awards to individuals, families or organizations who have made significant contributions to land use.
(4) Arrangements regarding the meeting of the implementation committee shall be as prescribed.
